The Chicago Council of Lawyers, Chicago’s public interest bar association, also found Thomas qualified.

The Northwest Suburban Bar Association has judged Thomas Flannigan highly recommended.

The Women's Bar Association of Illinois rated Thomas Flannigan recommended.

The Decalogue Society of Lawyers, America’s oldest Jewish bar association, has rated Thomas Flannigan qualified.

The Cook County Bar Association, the nation's oldest African American bar association, has found Thomas Flannigan recommended.

The Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago has also found Thomas Flannigan recommended.

The Puerto Rican Bar Association of Illinois found Thomas highly recommended to be a judge.

The Hispanic Bar Association of Illinois has also found Thomas recommended.

The Asian American Bar Association has found Thomas qualified.
